Our principal Gavin Joseph has over 15 years’ experience in practice as a  Legal Executive and  Legal Cost Accountant  he has worked in the private and public sectors and studied Law at Dublin Institute of Technology and the Honourable Society of the Kings Inns Dublin, in addition to his academic achievements he has extensive knowledge and experience in practice and procedure of law within the Irish Legal System and understands the complexities involved in recovering Legal Costs in any particular case.

In the course of his career to date he has formed part of various legal teams and has played  a significant role in some of the most high profile cases that have come before the Superior Courts in recent years In particular Refugee & Immigration Law, Habeas Corpus (Art 40), Judicial Reviews and  Personal Injuries Actions.

His combination of working in the private and public sectors and his  litigation experience  brings about an efficient and expert services ensuring that maximum costs are recovered on behalf of our clients at Taxation.
